Refunds and Returns

If you aren't completely stoked with your sunscreen please let us know! We're passionate about customer satisfaction so email us and we can chat. 

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we offer 30 day fuss-free returns (from the time you place your order) on unopened and unused products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or the product has been used, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that returned items can not be resold so consider the environmental impact when choosing to return a product. Shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed to be faulty. 
To be eligible for our return policy, your sunscreen must have been purchased from seasicksunscreenco.co.nz and you must provide a valid proof of purchase. We monitor return activity for any abuses of the system and have the right to limit or deny returns in all instances. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
