Did you know that conventional sunscreens that usually come in plastic squeeze bottles are up to 70% water? That means you need to wear a lot of sunscreen to get adequate protection. So why use water in a sunscreen? Well, we don't! That means a little goes a really long way.
“Did you notice that there was no water in [Seasick Sunscreen's] ingredient list? What that means is that a little goes a very long way. I couldn’t believe that tiny amount required to cover my face.” - Juliette, Eco-blogger
Our top sunscreen tips:
~Swipe your fingers across the surface of the sunscreen or use the back of a nail to dig a small amount out.
~Warm it up in your palms in cooler temperatures before applying to your body.
~ A little goes a long way! Start by dabbing small pea-sized blobs on each of your body parts i.e face, neck, upper and lower arms and legs, a couple of blobs for chest and torso, same for back and shoulders.
